WE HELP THE COMMUNITY IN MANY WAYS

We help the community in many ways especially with our new project, Supporting Struggling Families in Hillingdon funded by the London Community Response Fund via City Bridge Trust. We aim to assist those heavily impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. These include single parents or families with young children under18 years of age.

• Giving vulnerable families EMERGENCY food vouchers.
• Ordering EMERGENCY food shopping for other families in need.
• Arranging for interpreters to facilitate conference calls to local agencies such as: Job centres, social services, universal credit, citizen’s advice bureau, solicitors, doctors, mediators.
• Advising and raising awareness of the help they can receive.
• Informing about mental health issues including domestic violence/abuse against women and girls, isolation and depression.
• Coping with the impact of Covid-19.
